Bathroom 1 has toilet, tub, shower, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, matching towels and one basin.
One underground stall @ $12.00 a day . Ticket purchased from vending machine inside. Pass card from front desk.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash Please contact owner within grace period and discuss cancellation and security deposit. Security deposit may vary with length of stay. |
